If I could un-invent one thing in this world, it wouldn’t be something small or silly.
It would be firearms and nuclear weapons.
Not because technology is bad—but because of what these inventions have come to represent. Instead of protection or progress, they often serve as loud reminders of fear, power struggles, and the division within the human race.
Every time I hear about gun violence or nuclear threats, I think about how much energy we invest in destroying one another rather than understanding each other. These inventions don’t bring unity; they deepen lines between nations, communities, and even neighbors. They turn differences into dangers and disagreements into disasters.
Imagine if the brilliance used to create weapons of mass destruction had been poured instead into healing, education, clean water, food security, and peace. Imagine a world where innovation was measured by how many lives it saved—not how many it could end.

I know un-inventing them isn’t realistic. But choosing unity is.
Choosing compassion is.
Choosing to see one another as human first is.
If anything should go viral, let it be this idea:
We are more powerful when we protect life than when we perfect ways to destroy it.
That’s the world I still hope for.
Peace!
