The fallout from the infamous Coldplay Kiss Cam moment just took another dramatic turn.

Kristin Cabot — a 52-year-old former astronomer turned HR executive — has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Andrew Cabot, less than a month after being caught on camera kissing her then-boss, Andy Byron, during a July Coldplay concert.

The viral moment, which forced both Cabot and Byron to resign from their jobs, instantly sparked headlines. But behind the scenes, her marriage to Andrew Cabot, the sixth-generation heir to the Privateer Rum fortune, was already crumbling.

Court documents show Kristin filed to dissolve the marriage on August 13 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. For Andrew, this marks his third divorce.

Andrew’s ex-wife, yoga teacher Julia Cabot, didn’t hold back when speaking to The Daily Mail.

“I texted Andrew right after it happened, and he said: ‘Her life is nothing to do with me.’ He’s saying it has nothing to do with him, even though they were married and shared a house,” Julia revealed.

She added bluntly:

“I wouldn’t say he’s husband material. But she doesn’t seem like wife material either.”

Julia, who was married to Andrew from 2014 to 2018, also suggested the scandal didn’t really faze him.

“That’s why after it happened, I got loads of texts from people with that word: karma. What you give, you get. Personally, I don’t think he’s affected by what happened at all. He’s probably just embarrassed.”

For now, Kristin Cabot is moving forward with divorce proceedings while her kiss-cam moment continues to fuel viral chatter.

One thing’s for sure — this scandal isn’t fading from the spotlight anytime soon.
