I firmly believe that everyone possesses leadership qualities. Whether driven by respect, affection, or empathy, individuals can inspire others to listen and adhere to instructions.
While some assert that certain individuals are inherently “natural leaders,” I maintain that anyone can develop leadership skills through self-discipline.
But I digress a bit on the topic.
Am I an exceptional leader? Absolutely. I am a results-oriented leader who leads by example, actively engages the team, and diligently pursues team assignments and objectives. Moreover, I am deeply committed to fostering the success of my team members.
Do I consistently relish being in a leadership role? Admittedly, there are instances when I am apprehensive about the responsibilities and sacrifices associated with leadership.
